How to use Nbook?

Nbook is a tool that lets you gather multiple sources into a single notebook and ask questions about them. You can add documents in different formats — PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, EPUB, and Markdown — to the same notebook and work with all of them together.

Step-by-Step Usage

  1. Create a Notebook: Go to the Nbook tab and open a new notebook.
  2. Add Sources: Upload one or more documents in PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, EPUB, or Markdown format to the notebook you created.
  3. Analysis: AI scans the sources you uploaded and provides a brief summary.
  4. Chat: Type your questions about your sources in the message box at the bottom. If you uploaded multiple documents, your questions are evaluated across all sources together. (E.g., "Compare the common findings in these three reports." or "Summarize the main idea of this article in 5 points.")
  5. Reference Check: AI shows you which source its answers come from.

Notebook Management

  • You can create multiple notebooks and use each one for a different topic or project.

Tip

  • In the bottom left corner of the screen there is a counter showing the total size of your selected sources. This counter is informational; it lets you track how much the load grows as you select more or larger sources.
